I got to visit my bunnies this weekend at the farm. The babies are getting very big and annabelle loves all the hay she is getting. Preheat Oven to 420 Filing: 6 cups sliced apples 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 Tablespoon cinnamon Top Crust: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter Place pie crust in bottom of pie pan. I spent the day shuttling rabbits to our friends barn for her to watch while we sell our house. Dixie did remain with us since she has a brand new litter. Olive went with me today to be my copilot, which she did a great job of. I stopped to get gas and stopped again for food at sonic on the way. We spent a good portion of the evening moving our rabbit hutches and compost from our backyard into the front yard driveway. Both the compost as well as the hutches are quite heavy. The hutches also boast the quality of being both heavy, large, and awkward. We used a sled to pull them through the 2 foot deep snow. Our family in more southern states talk about 80 degree weather and sunny skies. When I look out my window I see 2 feet of snow and gray skies. I try very hard to invision blue skies and warm day and cannot wait to see my daffodils poke their cute little heads out of the ground. Spring is only 30 days away and I cannot wait!
